Bibimbap is the most well known Korean traditional dish. The dish is rice bedded bowl with vegetable and marinated beef on top. The dish comes with a chili paste sauce called “Gochujang” or sweetened soya sauce. “Bibim (비빔)” is translated as mixed, and “bap (밥)” means cooked rice. So, before you start, simply mix everything in the bowl with the sauce as the name indicates!

Bulgogi is known as the most favorite beef dish among Korean. Bulgogi is thinly sliced beef marinated in a sauce consisting of honey, thick soy sauce, black pepper, chopped garlic, and scallion. The Beef, Main ingredients of Bulgogi, is so tender and moist with its juice, and sweet gravy is a good match with steamy rice. Bulgogi has long been a popular dish served to guests. No Korean festivity is complete without Japchae! Japchae (glass noodles with sautéed vegetables) is made by boiling glass noodles, draining and mixing them with stir-fried spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onions, and sauces. It is both a special dish and a versatile favorite. It has long been perceived as a luxurious and elegant dish and was always served on birthdays, weddings and 60th birthday celebrations.
